Final Payment:

Full payment is due within 7 days of your invoice being sent but early payment is always most appreciated.

Late Fees:

Any invoice not paid within 7 days of receiving your invoice will incur a $20 late fee per week until the remaining balance is paid.

Cancellations (Client-Initiated):

We understand how hectic horse shows can be, so we will not charge full payment for cancellations. However, a $20 cancellation fee will apply if canceled within 7 days of your booking. As we continue to grow, we often travel to shows solely for photography, and this helps us cover costs and plan ahead.

For portrait sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot are non-refundable, as that time has already been reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations on our end:

If we need to cancel due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued if needed.

Shows: Weekly packages include coverage throughout the duration of the show week; however, coverage quantity may vary depending on scheduling conflicts, weather delays, ring overlap, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If our team is unable to provide coverage for a significant portion of a booked day due to circumstances within our control, a partial credit, refund, or additional content may be provided at our discretion.

Due to the nature of event coverage, refunds will not be issued based on variation in photo/video quantity between days.

Portrait Shoot: If, for some reason, we are unable to provide quality results or we lose your content, we will give you a full refund, but we cannot refund any gas fees.

After we send your albums, photos and videos MUST be downloaded, not screenshotted, to receive the full quality. Sometimes there is a save to camera roll option, and sometimes you can save them to your files and then to camera roll. If you need any help with downloading, please let us know!

We strive to get all Show Footage out within a week of the show, but we are very busy athletes and students ourselves, so we ask for a little extra patience if something comes up. Videos will typically be sent out ASAP (same day or next day), while photos take longer to edit (7-14 days). This means you will receive two separate digital albums if you order photos and videos. This also applies to Lesson Shoots.

For Portrait Shoot, we aim to be done in 1-2 weeks, depending on the amount of content.

Black Background portraits can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Shows: While we average 20-30 photos and 10-15 video clips (excluding warmups) per round, this depends on a couple of factors, such as the length of the course, extra moments you may have, or only having one of us or one camera available.

Portrait Shoot: we typically end up with 100-150 final photos and 15-20 video clips for our largest package.

As our business has grown and equipment, travel, and coverage demands have increased, pricing has been updated for the 2026 season. Returning clients will receive 10% for the season under the new pricing structure!
